WHEN IS FIRST NIGHT LEESBURG?
First Night Leesburg will occur on Wednesday Dec. 31, 2008. It will be held from 7 pm to 12 midnight. It will be held in downtown Leesburg, in Loudoun County, Virginia.


HOW CAN I HELP?
First Night is a volunteer-based project, utilizing more than 120 volunteers each year. We need your help! The time and talents of volunteers are needed for jobs before, during, and after the event. HOW CAN I DONATE TO FIRST NIGHT?
First Night is a non-profit community organization supported by a broad partnership of public and private groups and individuals. Help us meet our goals: download a Sponsor Sheet and become a First Night Sponsor! WHERE DO I PARK?
Streets in the Historic District will close to vehicles at 5:00 pm – but, do not worry! There will be plenty of free parking on side streets and in the two large town and county downtown parking garages. Maps are available upon request.

WHERE CAN I OBTAIN ADMISSION BUTTONS?
On Wednesday, December 31st, admission buttons will be available for sale -- beginning at 5:00 pm and will continue throughout the evening -- at First Night Admissions Booths on King and Market Streets in downtown Leesburg. Buttons may also be purchased at some performance sites after 6:00 pm (cash and checks only).

Advance Admission Buttons will be available for sale in mid December at the following locations:

Bluemont Concert Series
Loudoun Museum
Leesburg Pharmacy

WHEN WILL THE PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE BE AVAILABLE?
An advance schedule of First Night Leesburg performances will be listed on this Bluemont Website by December 15; in local newspapers by mid-December. Please note that advance schedules are subject to change. The official First Night Leesburg program of scheduled entertainment will be available with purchase of buttons at the First Night booths and at the performance sites at the event.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
YES! First Night Leesburg is a family-oriented, alcohol-free event for all ages! Performances in the early evening (6-8 pm) are planned with younger families in mind; later evening performances are for general audiences.
