Singer, songwriter and guitarist Eric Brace started the
alt-country rock band Last Train Home in 1997 and has
developed a creative blend of rock, country, bluegrass
and more.
The nine-member band features pedal steel and rhythm guitars, bass, mandolin, banjo, harmonica, violin, drums and trumpet, along with vocals by Brace and his brother Alan. Last Train Home won top honors at the Washington Area Music Awards (Wammies) as 2002's Artist of the Year and has gained a wide following for its eclectic mix, great original songwriting and the impressive harmonies of the Brace brothers.
