Dinorock Productions has been entertaining and educating children across the nation about dinosaurs for over a decade, with larger than life puppets that walk, talk, and dance. They introduce many styles of puppetry with a variety of music such as swing, rockabilly, waltz, and Dixieland in an interactive audience participation program.
A Dinosaur Book of World Records (K-5) brings together record holding creatures of the Mesozoic Era - the widest, the smallest, the fastest, the tallest. They all present their reasons for deserving to be in a Book of World Records. Two themes permeate this show: records in science are made to be broken because science is a fluid and changeable field, and there are always new discoveries waiting to be made in science. Dinosaur Babies (K-5) introduces children to a variety of baby dinosaurs and a maiasaura momma, who elaborates on natural science topics - instinctive behavior, fossils and what they tell us about the earth, the continental drift and how all babies (human and dinosaur alike) relate to their world. Mi Casa Es Su Casa (My House Is Your House) (K-5) Students take a melodic journey through the deserts, jungles, mountains and villages of South America. Traditional customs and dances, as well as the Spanish language are introduced while the students meet some of the native animals. |
